United States Supreme Court.  This includes the sale of new, used and refurbished products outside the standard authorized retail environment after product launch.  We use trademark name, logos and images so that you, the consumer, recognize the product and know exactly what you are purchasing.  And we further remit any association with Apple or Beats Brands.  We offer a service that gives the consumer a direct line to a replacement product when the consumers warranty has either expired or been voided.

 

We do not, and will not assume responsibility for any warranty claims for your original purchase of Apple or Beats products.  This must be conducted with Apple or Beats.
